STAINIT SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This EULA (End User License Agreement) is provided to define the licensing and use of this product. It is a legal agreement between you (an individual or company, who will be referred to in this EULA as "user") and IPIK Door Company , for the software, images, and any media, electronic or real that may be supplied with or produced by this product.
By installing this software, the user agrees to be bound by all of the terms of this EULA. If the user disagrees with any of the terms in this EULA, the user must immediately uninstall and destroy all copies of this software and associated materials.
OWNERSHIP OF SOFTWARE AND GRANT OF USE
This software is owned by IPIK Door Company. It is licensed and supplied to the end user for the sole purpose of assisting the user of the software with the selection and communication of finish colors to IPIK Door Company. The submission of a color to IPIK Door Company implies IPIKs involvement on a project in which IPIK Door Company will be supplying finished product. This software is provided at no cost to the user for this purpose only.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The user shall not be permitted offer any of the by-products of this software to any person or entity other than IPIK Door Company.
The user shall not be permitted to offer this software in whole to any third party for commercial gains.
The user may not modify, translate or decompile this software.
The user may not sub-license this product for use by any third party.
WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This software is provided "as is". IPIK Door Company offers no warranties for the performance of this software or of its use. As permitted under law, IPIK Door Company shall not be held liable to the user for any damages arising from the use of this product.
TERMINATION OF LICENSE
This license may be terminated by the user by destroying and uninstalling all components of this software package. This license will terminate automatically if the user fails to comply with any of the terms or conditions in this agreement. This license may also be terminated by IPIK Door Company at any time at their discretion.
